Unlock All Cars And Levels: L1+L2+O+Square

How To Unlock The Cheats Menu:

Go to the Main Menu, and press the following 10 times: 0+L1+R2+triangle+L1+square. Now, press L1, go to Chicago and press R1+R2 together, then the cheats menu with every single cheat in the game will appear.
